I teach my patients exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem while showing them how to avoid microtear stretches and DOMS. (delayed onset of muscle soreness) A strong emphasis is also placed on proprioception work which keeps the musculoskeletal system balanced and youthful. All exercises, (or as I call them therapeutics), can be performed in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can also be out of place or strained by improper alignment, diet and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.
